Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to build your arrival plan and to understand which steps block students.
What we collect and why
Your account email; your onboarding answers (nationality, country of residence, EU status, school, city, arrival date, visa, housing, guarantor, bank and health situation) to personalize your plan; your task statuses to compute your readiness score; documents you choose to upload; assistant messages; and product usage events such as pages viewed and steps completed.
Where your data is stored
Your data is hosted on managed infrastructure located in the European Union. Uploaded documents live in a private storage bucket that only your account can read.
We never sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not run advertising trackers. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shared with schools or partners.
Affiliate links and commissions
When you open a partner link we record that a click happened, with the partner and the category. We do not send your personal data to the partner.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data at any time. Your profile page lets you edit every answer, delete all your documents, or delete your account and everything attached to it immediately.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists and removed when you delete it. Usage events are kept in a non-identifying form for product analysis.
